Terms and Conditions of the Lautapelit.fi Loyalty Program
1. Lautapelit.fi Loyalty Program
The Lautapelit.fi loyalty program includes various services, member-specific benefits and offers, as well as opportunities to participate in the development of Lautapelit.fi products and services. The loyalty program is valid until further notice. All rights to the content and visual materials of the loyalty program belong to Lautapelit.fi. Services and communications related to the loyalty program are primarily provided in Finnish.
2. Joining the Program
Any private individual aged 18 or above may join the loyalty program. Joining the loyalty program requires subscribing to the Lautapelit.fi newsletter, but does not bind or obligate members to anything else. The loyalty program membership is personal.
3. Personal Data and Marketing Communications
The personal data of members of the Lautapelit.fi loyalty program is always processed in accordance with Lautapelit.fi’s privacy policy.
The processing of data related to the Lautapelit.fi loyalty program is based on the loyalty agreement you have entered into. To administer the loyalty program, we collect your name and contact details. Members are required to provide accurate personal information when joining and to ensure that the information they provide is kept up to date. You can manage your personal data on the Lautapelit.fi website in the “My Account” section. The member’s email address serves as the identifier for the Lautapelit.fi loyalty program.
In addition, we collect information—among other things through cookies—about members’ browsing on the Lautapelit.fi website, purchases, product and service reviews, and information voluntarily provided by members, such as feedback and responses to various surveys and studies. We may combine the collected data with other customer data and use it to target interesting benefits, services, and content to members of the Lautapelit.fi loyalty program, as well as for analytics, statistical, and development purposes.
The Lautapelit.fi loyalty program includes marketing communications, and by joining the program you will receive current news, benefits, and offers from Lautapelit.fi by email and possibly also through other electronic means.
We use third-party services to implement the loyalty program. You can read more about the transfer of data to third countries in our privacy policy.
4. Benefits and Offers
Members of the Lautapelit.fi loyalty program may be offered various benefits, invitations to events, and offers on Lautapelit.fi products and services. Benefits may be one-time offers or valid for a specified period of time.
Benefits granted to loyalty customers are available on the Lautapelit.fi website. Information about benefits is also sent by email and as notifications to mobile phones. Benefits can be redeemed either on the Lautapelit.fi website or in stores.
5. Termination of Lautapelit.fi Loyalty Program Membership
You may terminate your Lautapelit.fi loyalty membership at any time. After termination, your Lautapelit.fi credentials will no longer function in any services associated with the loyalty program (for example, in Lautapelit.fi stores and online orders), and you will no longer be able to take advantage of loyalty customer offers. You will also stop receiving newsletters sent to loyalty customers.
Lautapelit.fi reserves the right to terminate membership unilaterally with immediate effect. Notice of termination will be sent to the email address provided by the member. After termination, the member will no longer have the right to use the benefits or offers of the Lautapelit.fi loyalty program.
6. Changes to the Lautapelit.fi Loyalty Program
The Lautapelit.fi loyalty program is continuously developed, and new benefits and services are added. Members will be informed of updates and changes by email. Lautapelit.fi reserves the right to discontinue or suspend the loyalty program at any time within a reasonable period following notice of discontinuation. Lautapelit.fi also reserves the right to unilaterally amend the terms and conditions of the loyalty program. Changes to the terms will be announced on the Lautapelit.fi website.
7. Liability of Lautapelit.fi
Members of the Lautapelit.fi loyalty program release Lautapelit.fi and any other possible partners from liability for damage arising from or alleged to arise from participation in the loyalty program. Lautapelit.fi is not responsible for problems or obstacles in participating in the loyalty program or receiving benefits due to technical issues beyond the organizer’s control.
The loyalty program is established in accordance with Finnish legislation, and unless otherwise required by mandatory law, Finnish law shall apply.

Purchasing from lautapelit.fi webshop doesn't require for you to register as a lautapelit.fi user. However, registering will make your future purchases more convenient and makes it easier for us to provide customer service.
If you haven't registered as a user, you'll be asked to fill in your contact details when placing an order. Fields that are mandatory to fill are marked clearly on the form and those are compulsory for completing your purchase. If you are a registered user, your details will be saved during your first purchase. After this initial purchase, your details will be filled in automatically when placing orders in the future. If your saved details have changed or you discover any errors in them, you can correct them during this point.
After filling in your details you can select the method of payment. Available methods are:
Paytrail (VISA, Mastercard, and some Finnish banks) NO FEES.
PayPal FEES APPLY
After verifying the products you wish to purchase, filling in contact details, selecting your preferred shipping and payment method, please accept the delivery terms by reading the delivery conditions and clicking the "I accept the delivery terms"-button. Then click the "Place your order" button. This will transfer you to the payment system of Paytrail or PayPal for completing your purchase. Please make sure you return to our site using the link provided by your bank after completing your payment. Otherwise information about your payment will take long time to reach us.
You'll receive confirmation of your order via email within 10 minutes. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact our customer service.

Your order will be handled at the latest during the following workday. If any of the items you ordered are temporarily out of stock, we'll contact you immediately via email. Your order will be shipped to your chosen pick up location.
Shipping rates (inside Finland) are 4,90 euros for orders under 70,00 euros. Orders with total of 70,00 euros or more will be delivered with free shipping.
Your shipment will include a packaging list which will be your receipt and act as possible proof of warranty.
When your order is handled, you will receive a tracking number by email to the address you provided when you made the purchase. The tracking number allows you to follow the shipping procedure, as well as pick up the parcel once it has arrived at the chosen pick up locaton. If you receive no such email, we encourage you to check the settings and the spam filter on your email provider. Parcel carriers will also send you a notification via SMS when your parcel is ready for pick-up.
Please note that pick-up-orders from our Helsinki or Tampere stores are only available for pick-up after you have received a confirmation email stating that your items are ready to go.
Above rates and policies apply only to orders to Finland .
If you choose a delivery address into a country other than Finland, the system will automatically add the cost of international shipping to the order.
If you order goods to outside the European Union, the local VAT is automatically deducted from the order value, but you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes upon the arrival of your shipment. Lautapelit.fi is not responsible for any of these charges.
If you order goods to addresses within the European Union, our local VAT is included in the prices shown.
For international shipment we offer Posti and DHL worldwide; and GLS for Europe. Postal service is in most cases the cheaper option (especially for non-EU orders), but it's unfortunately slower and poorly trackable.
DHL is the more reliable one out of the options, fully trackable, pricier (especially to outside of EU), but recommended by us.
DHL Express On Demand Delivery (ODD)
With DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD), you can choose when and where you receive your order. After your order has been completed, you'll get an email/SMS from DHL. Click the smart link on the message to access and use ODD.
With DHL ODD you are able to choose from several delivery options to best accomodate your needs. However, you should note that using ODD can lead to a longer lead time or that some delivery options might not be available depending on what is being shipped. Happy customers and a well-working customer service are our main priorities, and we strive daily to do our very best to achieve these goals. Unfortunately, things don't always go according to the plan. But that's no cause for panic. Our customer service will give you professional and swift assistance, also in less pleasant matters, such as missing shipments, faulty products, returns, and other sudden problems.

If your parcel is wet or otherwise clearly damaged, please either make a reclamation before signing it, or do not sign for the package. Most shipping companies consider their resposibility for the package to end the moment you sign for it.

Returns
Are you not happy with your purchase?
Lautapelit.fi offers a 14-day period of returns for products bought from our web store. Before ordering, please read the terms of our Returns and Refunds.
Please note that if you choose "Pick up from a Store" as a delivery method, it is considered as a purchace from the store.
